This vinyasa flow class incorporates an attention to breathing and controlled movement. The focus on breath not only helps ease students into poses, but helps improve a variety of health factors from mood to metabolism. The instructor will offer modified and amplified variations to poses, allowing students to challenge their strength, muscular endurance, and mobility. All this is done at the pace of the individual while honoring the body's strengths and limitations.
