I love clock press because you get your chest working with a simultaneous fly and press, all the while working your brain!
Grabbing the TRX handles, lean away from the connection point. Open up one arm fully into a chest fly, and press the other arm to either 3 o'clock or 9 o'clock. Switch arms. Repeat for 8-12 reps.
Done with the clock? Drop and give me 20 push-ups. You will be feeling that chest! Repeat three times!
