What to Expect in Your Class
Conquering the Kitchen Series: Great cooking isn't about recipes—it’s about real ingredients and techniques. We'll show you how to create delectable, healthful dishes all year long. From snacks to 5-course meals, you can learn to take basic timeless ingredients and produce quality meals that nourish your body! Each class will include a packet containing class recipes, basic knife skills appropriate to the menu and a sit down lunch with your fellow classmates and the chef.
